Pumpkin

Pumpkin, a social love bug, arrived at FPAS in early December 2019 along with his brother, Potato. Part of the PNW 250 Pig Rescue, Pumpkin was rescued from a hoarding and neglect case in Oregon, where over 250 pigs needed urgent help. After traveling from Oregon to South Carolina and finally to South Georgia, Pumpkin found his forever home at FPAS.

Pumpkin is an affectionate pig who adores human interaction, seeking out belly rubs and never shying away from attention. Estimated to be around 1.5 years old when he arrived, Pumpkin is one of the most sweet and gentle residents of the sanctuary. He enjoys being an older brother figure to Tofu and Sprout and is a beloved part of the FPAS family, reminding everyone that big pigs or "farm hogs" are no different than potbellied pigs aka "mini pigs", they're just bigger.
